Are your products made in Australia?

Yes, all products from Moonlight Creations Bendigo are handmade in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.
Can I wash the bib and burp cloths in the washing machine?

We recommend that the washing machine setting be on a gentle wash. Tumble dry on low Cool iron
What sizes are your baby bibs?

We offer 2 sizes in baby bibs: - Newborn up to 4 months - 3 months up to 6 months These ages are approximate only as all babies grow at different rates!
What do I do if one of the snaps have become loose?

Immediately dispose of any loose snaps.
Can I wash the Wheat or Lupin Bags?

We recommend that the bags be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and then allowed to dry completely before storing. The eye pillows have a removable cover and therefore can be removed before washing. We recommend on a cool wash cycle and dried flat to maintain their shape.
Are all the Wheat and Lupin products scented?

No. We offer our home grown Lavender to be added upon request. Not everyone likes the smell of heated wheat or lavender, so, we offer an option in the way of Lupin grains. These grains have a more neutral aroma. However, if you prefer the lupins grains overall - lavender can be added!
How do I heat my wheat or lupin bag?

All microwaves have different wattage. Firstly, ensure that your microwave's turntable is able to turn. This ensures that the bag will heat more evenly. Place the bag in the middle of the turntable. Heat for 1 minute and check the temperature. Microwaves can heat in pockets so ensure that you check your bag thoroughly before putting it back into the microwave and on your skin. Heat for a further 10 - 30 second intervals until you achieve the desired heat. Do not exceed 3 minutes.
Can I use my Wheat or Lupin bag as a cold pack?

Absolutely! Have an injury or working outside on a warm day? Simply enclose your bag in a freezer bag and place in the freezer for a few hours and enjoy the cool sensation and relief!
My Wheat or Lupin bag has a burnt smell?

Unfortunately, it is time to replace your bag! Please follow the instructions provided on the label to assist in caring and extending the lifetime of your bag.
Are your Wheat & Lupin products eco-friendly?

Absolutely! Our wheat and lupin bags are biodegradable. Our material is 100% cotton and natural grains. Once you no longer use the product, simple add it to your organic waste!
What if I don't have a microwave?

We do not recommend heating your bags in anything apart from a microwave. Any other methods the bags can overheat and catch fire. We highly recommend when heating your bag to be present at all times. Children should also be supervised while heating the bag in the microwave.
Should I use a glass of water in the microwave when heating?

Wheat and lupins have a percentage of moisture in them. You have a few options to assist the grains retaining moisture and therefore extending the lifetime of the bag. The options are as follows before placing the bag in the microwave: 1. Add a small amount of water to a glass - the water must produce steam for the heat bag to absorb; or 2. Wet your hand and pat the top of the bag; or 3. Mist the top of the bag. It is important not to saturate the bag. It only requires a small spritz.
How much is shipping on retail orders?

Depending on the weight and size, postage is at a standard rate of $12 via Australia Post. The postage bag fits up to 2 large wheat/lupin bags. If you have a small order then a refund will be given. Any order over the size of 2 large wheat/lupin bags will be quoted separately.
Can I express post my retail order?

Yes, please advise whether this is required. I will quote you separately on the size of the retail order.
How long will it take to receive my retail order?

Once your order is placed. We ship within 3 business days. Larger orders may take up to 7 business days. Depending on your location, Australia Post typically takes around 2-7 business days - longer at peak times for example at Christmas.
Can I pick up my order?

Do you ship Internationally?

At this time, we only ship within Australia. However, I can provide a quote on overseas rates.
Where do you ship to?

Moonlight Creations Bendigo ships within Australia. We offer domestic shipping to all locations within the country. International shipping can be arranged upon request. The shipping will be calculated separately.
