HEAT - Mist bags prior to placing on the turntable in your microwave (to further the longevity) and heat for 1 minute, then 10 second intervals to desired heat.
Shake the bag to distribute heat.
DO NOT exceed 2 minutesCOOL - Place bag inside a freezer bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of 1-2 hours.
