However, there is more to a humble lupin bag then just heat! Need cooling off? Or have an injury, swelling or bruising? Place the bag inside a freezer bag and pop it in your freezer for a few hours. Take it out and soothe away or catch your breath after spending an afternoon out in the garden!

    HOW TO USE
    HEAT - Mist bags prior to placing on the turntable in your microwave (to further the longevity) and heat for 50 seconds, then 10 second intervals to desired heat.
    Shake the bag to distribute heat.
    DO NOT exceed 2 minutes

     

    COOL - Place bag inside a freezer bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of 1-2 hours.

     

    SAFETY & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    Shake the bag to distribute the heat

    DO NOT place the bag on your body if it feels too hot

    DO NOT exceed 2 minutes heating time
    DO NOT let children microwave bags unsupervised
    Microwave heating ONLY (other methods may overheat the grain and catch on fire)
    Only reheat when bag has cooled
    DO NOT immerse in water
    Spot clean only with a damp cloth
    Discard bag if you smell an odour, burning or smoking

    * Fabric is hand cut so picture placements will differ

    We ship all orders via Australia Post.
    Please allow 7–10 days from the date of payment for delivery.

    Postage Rates:

    • $12 flat rate for parcels up to 3kg (fits up to two large wheat bags).

    • Express delivery can be arranged — please contact us for pricing.

    • Free shipping on all orders over $120.

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to love your purchase!
    If your item arrives damaged or you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the return process.

    When reaching out, please include:

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • Confirmation that the product is unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging

    • A copy of your order or proof of purchase
