HEAT - Mist bags prior to placing on the turntable in your microwave (to further the longevity) and heat for 20 seconds, then 5 second intervals to desired heat.
Shake the bag to distribute heat.
DO NOT exceed 1 minuteCOOL - Place bag inside a freezer bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour.
