    How to Use

    HEAT

    • Lightly mist the bag before placing it in the microwave — this helps extend its lifespan.

    • Heat for 50 seconds, then in 10–30 second intervals until the desired warmth is reached.

    • Shake the bag to distribute heat evenly.

    • Do not exceed 2 minutes total heating time.

    COOL

    • Place the bag inside a freezer-safe bag and put it in the freezer for 1–3 hours (or overnight for best results).

    Safety & Care Instructions

    • Always shake the bag after heating to evenly distribute warmth.

    • Do not apply to the body if it feels too hot.

    • Never exceed 3 minutes total heating time.

    • Do not allow children to microwave bags unsupervised.

    • Microwave heating only — other methods may overheat grains or fabric and cause fire.

    • Only reheat once fully cooled.

    • Do not immerse in water.

    • Spot clean only with a damp cloth.

    • Discard immediately if you notice an odour, burning, or smoking.

    Please note: Fabric is hand-cut, so pattern placement may vary slightly — making each bag one of a kind.

    Please allow 7–10 days from the date of payment for delivery.

    • Free shipping on all orders over $120.

    If your item arrives damaged or you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the return process.
