    HOW TO USE
    HEAT - Mist bags prior to placing on the turntable in your microwave (to further the longevity) and heat for 20 seconds, then 5 second intervals to desired heat.
    Shake the bag to distribute heat.
    DO NOT exceed 1 minute

    COOL - Place bag inside a freezer bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour.

    SAFETY & CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    Shake the bag to distribute the heat

    DO NOT place the bag on your body if it feels too hot

    DO NOT exceed 1 minute heating time
    DO NOT let children microwave bags unsupervised
    Microwave heating ONLY (other methods may overheat the grain and catch on fire)
    Only reheat when bag has cooled
    DO NOT immerse in water
    Eye pillows have a removable outer for washing
    Discard bag if you smell an odour, burning or smoking

    * Fabric is hand cut so picture placements will differ

    Please allow 7–10 days from the date of payment for delivery.

    • $12 flat rate for parcels up to 3kg (fits up to two large wheat bags).

    • Express delivery can be arranged — please contact us for pricing.

    • Free shipping on all orders over $120.

    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to love your purchase!
    If your item arrives damaged or you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the return process.

    • Confirmation that the product is unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging
