HOW TO USE
HEAT - Mist bags prior to placing on the turntable in your microwave (to further the longevity) and heat for 50 seconds, then 10 second intervals to desired heat.
Shake the bag to distribute heat.
DO NOT exceed 2 minutesCOOL - Place bag inside a freezer bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour.
