HEAT - Mist bags prior to placing on the turntable in your microwave (to further the longevity) and heat for 1 minute, then 10 - 30 second intervals to desired heat.
Shake the bag to distribute heat.
The bag must turn with the turntable plate
DO NOT exceed 3 minutesCOOL - Place bag inside a freezer bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours (preferably overnight).

DO NOT let children microwave bags unsupervised
Microwave heating ONLY (other methods may overheat the grain and catch on fire)

Spot clean only with a damp cloth
Discard bag if you smell an odour, burning or smoking* Fabric is hand cut so picture placements will differ
